Method
- Pour oil in pan
- Add mustard, fenugreek, hing, chilis, curry leaves
- Add vegetable (okra or boiled drumstick) and turmeric. If okra, wait till okra becomes soft.
- Add tamrind water
- Add salt
- After the concoction boils, add sambar powder.
- Add jaggery
