Moong dal ( made as paste)

Method

    1. Dice choyote and carrot into 1 inch cubes and microwave in HIGH for 4 minutes
    2. Grind 'to grind' items coarse to fine.
    3. Add oil, tadka, hing, turmeric
    4. Add vegetables.
    5. Add toor dal
    6. Add paste
    7. Mix well for 3 mins
