Method
- Pluck pudhina leaves from the bunch and wash throughly in running water
- Remover water using a strainer
- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil and fry pudhina leaves till it shrinks (2 to 3 mins)
- Fry urad dal, red chilis, hing and grind it to coarse powder
- Fry 1 tomato
- Add 1/4 teaspoon tamarind, salt and tomato and mix thoroughly
- Add pudhina
- Add water according to consistency needed
