Cumin seeds contain a lot of flavor and are used in a number of Indian recipes. Roasted cumin powder is used in almost all chaat items and has an amazing flavor and is my favorite.

Cooking Tips
- Take 1 cup of cumin seeds (Jeera)
- In a dry pan, pour the seeds and dry-fry in low-medium flame till the seeds turn dark brown in color.
- Powder the contents using a mixer. The powder can be a little coarse.
