Boil the chopped potato in microwave for 3-4 minutes in high heat.
Pour 3 teaspoon oil in a shallow frying pan in low-medium heat.
Add urad dal, chana dal, green chillis (chopped finely), and curry leaves.
Once the dals have turned golden brown, add mixed vegetables, boiled potato, and groundnuts.
Stir for a few seconds till the vegetables mix nicely with the oil.
Add water and then salt.
Once the water comes close to a boil, slowly add the rava to the water, while stirring the mixture clockwise at the same time. If not stirred, the rava will form lumps.
If required, add a little water or rava.
Once the mixture thickens (should be almost instantaneous), keep in heat for a couple of minutes and switch off the gas.
